Create a business plan

Week 4 – TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Develop support teams, staff, partners, mentors, etc.

Week 5 – BUSINESS RESUMPTION PLAN

Plan for the unexpected

Week 6 – BUSINESS FINANCE

Business and Personal Financial Literacy

Week 7 – RAISING CAPITAL

Funding sources: Assets, Loans, Investors, Grants

Week 8 – BUSINESS PITCH

Business Pitch, demos, networking, marketing, branding, distribution

Week 9 – STRATEGIC PLAN

Business Launch/Relaunch and scaling through goal and objective development

Week 10 – BUSINESS SUCCESS
